How do I book a tour with Xplore Fiji?

Booking is simple and relaxed. Choose any of the tours by visiting the specific tours page, choose the date, number of people you would like to booking and follow the simple process.

Currently we do not accept over the internet payment methods like Credit Card, PayPal, etc. However your booking is still secured even if you do not pay while booking. You are however required to pay once you are here and on the day of the activity.

All tour booking does include transfers from and to your hotel / resort. However, transfers are only included for known locations such as Denarau Island Resorts, Marriott Momi Bay Resort, Double Tree Hilton, Vuda Bay Resorts and Hotels & Resorts around Nadi.

If you are unsure then please do check with us by directly messaging or calling.

While you are booking, you can add your resort / hotel details in the order note section.

  • Tour 1 (Village & Mud Pool): Marriott Resort (8:45 AM) | Denarau Resorts (9:30 AM)

  • Tour 2 (Best of Nadi): Marriott Resort (8:30 AM) | Denarau Resorts (9:00 AM)

  • Tour 3 (Dolphin Watching, Snorkeling, Fishing and Sandbank Visit): Marriott & Intercontinental (5:15 AM) | Denarau & Nadi Hotels (6:00 AM)

We understand that travel plans can shift. We offer flexible booking options and easy rescheduling. If you need to cancel or change your tour date, just message us on WhatsApp as early as possible so we can adjust things with our local village and boat crews.

All tours currently listed on our website are shared tours, unless it is noted separately.

We do accommodate private tours, however price may differ. You can get in touch with us to book a private tour.

Xplore Fiji Tours can also go out of the way and curate a special tour that may be  not listed on our website. You show something somewhere on the internet and think you might want to try? We might be able to help with that. Drop us a message or give us a call.

None at all. What you see is what you pay. All local village entry fees, botanical garden tickets, mud pool admissions, and boat gear are completely covered in your upfront tour price.

Out of respect for our local communities and chiefs, visitors must dress modestly inside the village. Shoulders and knees should be covered—bringing a traditional wrap-around sulu (sarong) to tie around your waist is perfect. Also, please remove all hats, caps, and sunglasses from your head when entering village grounds.

Absolutely! We love helping you capture beautiful memories. However, out of respect, we always ask that you kindly ask our local guides or village residents before taking close-up photos of individuals or children in the communities.

We highly recommend wearing a dark or older swimsuit. The natural volcanic mud at the Sabeto hot springs is packed with amazing minerals for your skin, but it can sometimes leave a stain on white or light-colored fabrics!
